Los Carmenes Apartments are situated on Calle Las Acacias in the resort of Costa Teguise in Lanzarote. They are 50m from the Lanzarote Aquarium and El Trebol Apartments.

Los Carmenes is a 600m walk from Las Cucharas Beach and a 15 minute walk from the centre of the resort. However, there are a large number of amenities on the doorstep . These include a number of popular bars, restaurants, car hire facilities and a Spar shop right on the doorstep. There is even an entertainment arcade and a child friendly bar with a soft play area and bouncy castle across the road. Los Carmenes is an idea spot to be close enough to the busy nightlife to enjoy it, and far enough away to enjoy a peaceful nights sleep once you want to retire. A great mix for that ideally relaxing holiday in the sun. A taxi ride from one end of town to the other after your night out will cost you no more than 3 Euro’s should you have enjoyed the night life a little too much?

Costa Teguise has much to offer any kind of tourist from a water sports adventurer to a family looking for a beach holiday and a little sight seeing, from a walking holiday to a relaxing spar break. There’s lots to do and lot’s to see on such a small island only 60km long and 25km wide (at its largest points) which has 213 km of coastline, of which 10 km are sand, 16.5 km are beach, and the remainder are rocky.

Costa Teguise is a 10 minute car journey from the Arrecife airport and a half hour bus journey from Teguise Sunday Market which is a must for all first time visitors to Lanzarote. In fact, the busses are so regular, that you can reach almost anywhere on  the island easily with a little planning.  In the Market you can buy all of the usual locally produced foods, wines and textiles and clothing, or take advantage of crafting skills of the African crafts on sale. There is also plenty of entertainment going on with live music and “real life statues” to confuse your mind.
