We all know that it can be a real bind looking for your flights, balancing the cost of that with the availability of the ideal apartment that you are looking for. Do you book your flights first, or do you book your apartment first?

The key is to being able to do both at the same time, by finding an apartment owner who can be flexible to a point. However, it is important to remember that if you book an apartment arrival date outside of the “normal” or preferred arrival day, that the apartment owner maybe losing out if they rent to you. You may be making the week before and the week after harder to rent out for them.

You can however, help out in some way to help off-set that cost and it wont cost you a penny.
