Our own apartment is a ground floor one bedroom set up with a separate bathroom and open plan living space and kitchen. The bedroom has full sized twin beds, with the living room having a full sized luxury leather sofa bed with sprung a mattress. (We have also provided a travel cot for the young ones, should you need it – but please bring your own child's bedding as this is NOT included.) The apartment sleeps 4 comfortably, but can also sleep 4 plus a baby using the travel cot provided.

The apartment  has laminate effect vinyl flooring throughout so it is warmer on the feet and safer for the little ones to help prevent them slipping. The sun rises in the morning at the back of the apartment, making breakfast on the ground floor balcony ideal in the mornings overlooking the shared gardens and communal pool.

Inside the apartment you will find a washing machine, microwave oven, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, cooking hobs, 32inch LCDTV with a DVD player (which will play all UK DVD’s and CD’s for music. The TV shows free to air cable with some UK, Sky and foreign channels.) You will also find an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, a safe deposit box and all of the usual kitchen pots, pans and utensils that you should need.  You will also find adequate storage for clothes for hanging and folding in the wardrobe space in the bedroom.

We will continue  to make improvements to the inventory as we go along, endeavouring to provide as many of the home comforts as we can. Please feel free to make any comments or requests and we will be happy to help if we can.

We are in the process of arranging an internet connection in the apartment and will let you know when this is available.

You will be provided with fresh linen and towels upon your arrival, these will be swapped out after your first week and replaced. If you require fresh laundry outside of these times, then please make arrangements with us prior to booking or with our cleaning team who will be happy to provide these for you at a small extra cost. You could alternatively use the washing machine in the apartment yourselves.

If you rent our apartment you will also be able to use the pool and facilities at the neighbouring Sol Apartments free of charge. The facilities include a larger pool with a small children's splash pool and a snack / drinks bar open throughout the day. Just tell Juan or Raiko at reception that you are staying at 117 Los Carmenes and are staying as our guests.

Costs and Availability

The rental cost on our apartment is £250 per week based on 2 guests sharing. For more than 2 guests at any one time please add £30 per person per week to cover extra laundry costs.

We can cater for larger family groups by utilising the other owners apartments on the complex. This can offer separate family members the facility to stay together in the same location at the same time as offering them their own privacy on holiday.

We are also interested in hearing from guests who may require longer rental periods than the traditional one or two week holidays. We can offer reduced rates subject to availability for one or two month periods.
